We’ve made sandwich bread, French bread, whole wheat bread, brioche and dough for pizza, hamburger rolls and cinnamon rolls. I had a Hitachi bread machine in the early 90′s when they were very popular We loved using it and it made great bread. The three pound loaf size makes enough bread to last through most of a week, so it’s a huge improvement over the early bread machines. Bread Machine Emerilware I’ve used some of the recipes that came with the machine and some that I found online. After we moved to a new house, the bread machine went into the basement and was forgotten. My daughter became interested in baking bread, so we dragged it out and tried to use it.
