The Columbia County organization plans to build an 8,000-square-foot building outside Dayton that’s reminiscent of a railroad roundhouse, where small food processors can locate. Blue Mountain Station, which hopes to encourage innovative food processing companies in southeast Washington, plans to break ground on its first building in early summer.
